Portable Hand Lights

Extenda-Lite’s PL-Series of hand portable lights are designed for Fire
Departments, Rescue Squads and all Emergency Services who
demand superior lighting in all situations. Good lighting at any fire,
rescue, accident or work scene is truly a time and life saving tool.

All Extenda-Lite products are built using only quality materials, so
they will be dependable when you need light. Each light is
thoroughly tested before shipping.

All light heads are mounted on a heavy-duty, cast aluminum
tripod base with rubber feet, which are powder coated
white to match the light head.

Each hand portable light has a pre-cast boss on the bottom that is
designed to slip into Extenda-Lite’s exclusive spring loaded, optional
mounting bracket (PLMT).

Each PL-Model light is prewired with a 12-inch, 2 wire with ground
pigtail. All 110-volt models come standard with a L5-15, 15-amp
twist lock plug. All 220-volt models come standard with a L6-20,
20-amp twist lock plug. Most plugs can be substituted to meet
your department’s NEMA plug configuration at no addition

PL-Models come standard with an aluminum white Stonco light
head, high temperature carrying handle and cast aluminum head tilt
control knob.

All Stonco and Beta light heads have the new Highly
Polished Specular Hammertone Reflector which almost doubles its
light output. As always the 500, 1000 or 1500 light heads are
offered with 110 or 220-volt flood lamps.

Only the Beta or North Star light heads are offered with the 650
or 750-watt quartz lamp.

Only the Stonco PL-500 and all North Star portable light heads
come standard with heavy-duty, chrome plated, NFPA mandated
wire guards.

The optional PLMT mounting bracket allows you to securely mount your new
PL-Series hand portable Extenda-Lite in any horizontal, vertical or even
upside down position.
