Lightweight - System is 3 lbs without harness, with harness 4.25 lbs. Hook alone is only 12 ounces
MBS (minimum breaking strength) 5000 lbs at the arch and 1140 lbs at the tip- Meets and exceeds NFPA 1983 light portable anchoring systems requirements at the arch.
FESH (Firefighter Escape Survival Hook) has a 4" bite to go around window/door - wood frame construction plus pipes and ladder rungs. Bites into and through sheetrock. 3.75" throat for deep secure anchoring. "T" and arch design at end of hook to prevent rocking and rope pinch.
Rope is 7.5mm Technora manufactured by Sterling 4000 MTS (minimum tensile strength)- NFPA
Descending device id the SBG-II one-handed Belay manufactured by Omega Pacific.
Carabineer is locking to meet and exceed NFPA requirements.
System stays on your bunker pants.
One size fits all three-point leg harness.
Can be worn with any harness; such as the popular Gemtor 541 harness.

Firefighter Escape Survival Hook

The FESH- Firefighter Escape Survival Hook is rated to over 6000 lbs at the anchor curve and 1140 lbs at the tip. The hook has a four inch bite with a sharp tip for use to pierce and anchor. The FESH can be added to any bail out system or be carried alone. Does not include line shown.
