All freight charges are additional. Freight charges will not be shown in your acknowledgement e-mail sent.  These freight charges will be added after we receive your order.

It is the receiver's responsibility to fully inspect all ladders before acceptance.
Fire-End & Croker Corporation will not be responsible for hidden damage.
If damage is found, note damages on bill of lading and refuse receipt of
damaged product.

It is the receiver's responsibility to fully inspect the ladder (s) before signing
the bill of lading. Unfortunately, once you sign the bill of lading and have
taken possession of the ladder (s),  we cannot help you if you later discover
any damage.

ALCO-LITE will file all refused damaged claims.   Replacement of damaged ladders will be handled in the following manner:

Stock ladders - Replacement ladders (s) will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Special ladders - All non-standard ladders will be repaired and reshipped as quickly as possible.
