Color molded into shell
State-of-the-art fiberglass materials ensure the structural integrity of the shell.

RTM technology, combined with high-pressure injection molding, provides color pigmentation throughout the shell. The impact cap has a Lexan^®/ABS dome encapsulated with urethane foam and covered with KEVLAR^® for outstanding thermal resistance.

Unique size and fit adjustment options
They've engineered a complete system of adjustments into the Liberator™ helmet to provide maximum comfort and a custom fit. The patented
Center of Gravity™ adjustment system allows you to adjust the center of gravity to your preference and keeps it there. The ratcheting headband
easily adjusts from size 5½ to 9½ and their are three positions for height adjustment.

The Liberator™'s headband is also cushioned with foam and covered with NOMEX® for additional comfort.

Eye and ear protection
Goggles certified to meet NFPA 1971, 2000 edition and NOMEX®/flannel ear covers are optional.

Four-point chin strap attachment
Delivers stability in tight places. The chin strap is easy to adjust and includes a quick-release buckle.

Reflective trim
1" x 5" Lime/Yellow 3M Scotchlite™ reflective material. This offers superior heat resistance and delivers higher performance than competitive reflective materials.
